Ray’s practice involves Commercial Litigation, Arbitration with particular emphasis on Construction and Property Development related issues, White Collar Fraud and Contractual Disputes in England other jurisdictions internationally.

He has extensive experience in conducting Commercial Litigation both in England ad internationally. He regularly acts in Ireland and other offshore jurisdictions.

His cases are extremely large and complex and often involve multi-jurisdictional elements.

He is a specialist in dealing with White Collar Fraud in a multi-jurisdictional context and disputes where enforcement issues are involved.

He has acted over the years for national and international construction and development companies and was heavily involved in the 1990’s acting on behalf of parties to the Irish Government Tribunal investigations.

He has also extensive experience in the health sector and over the years has acted as lead solicitor for several London Health Authorities and teaching hospitals.

Ray has been in full time practice for over 40 years and he has considerable experience in high value commercial contracts and building disputes including Town and Country Planning and Local Government issues including judicial review.

He has conducted a mass of high profile work over the years for national companies and has achieved significant success in the defence of high profile White Collar Fraud prosecutions, both on shore and internationally.
