Roger’s work principally involves the acquisition of green and brown field sites for development for a mixture of retail, industrial and commercial sites. Roger also has extensive experience of landlord and tenant matters, joint venture building contracts and other matters related to heavyweight commercial property work.
Some of Roger’s transactions include the acquisition and funding of the Old Billingsgate Fish Market site; the acquisition of South Quay Plaza in the Docklands including arranging the finance for Phase 3 of the development to a consortium led by a bank for over £40m.
