Abhishek started with the firm as a trainee in 2001 and became a partner in 2007.
Abhishek specialises in dispute resolution and litigation. He has dealt with very high profile cases including a case for a leading storage company in the UK. More recently he acted against a firm of solicitors in the UK whose principal was struck off following a ruling in the High Court and a claim in excess of £3m to the Solicitors Regulation Authority Compensation Fund.
He has also acted for numerous landlords in evicting tenants and advised on property litigation matters. Further he advises on leases and licences to assign and sales where he is retained by numerous buildings in the W1 and W2 areas.
Abhishek has very strong connections with the high net worth Indian community in the UK and as well as major companies based in India.
He also acts for several Indian and Dubai based consortiums who have started investing actively in the UK.
